Hi Students and Parents!

I'm so excited to be starting my 7th year here at Loyal Middle & High School and my 13th year as an English Language Arts teacher! I have lived in many places including Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee (which is where I completed my undergrad, at a private Christian school called Lee University). My favorite pastimes include spending time with my friends, shopping, decorating my house, journaling, fishing, and wrangling my cute & crazy kids Ellie & Jack.  I love getting to know my students and their families, so please feel free to let me know if there are any questions you may have or if there is any way I can better help you or your child.
